The Landscape of The Giving Tree Festival

The Pantheon (main stage)

Be immersed in the symphony of sounds and soul-shaking vibrations and let it take over your body and mind. Be lead on an epic journey – a quest of finding your inner creative child.

The Pantheon is a sacred stage – for centuries it has been the place where the three tribes of Taika convene every year to share their knowledge and wisdom, to connect with each other under The Giving Tree. Bringing sound, movement and nature together they become as one. We invite you all to join them: to become one with nature, music and with your inner creative self in this sacred land of ultimate fun and play.

Ground Zero (chill out stage)

Taika planet has always been a peaceful place: with no war, no violence or any waste. The creatures that live here have always lived in love, and deep understanding, of their nature. When human astronaut Eden obnoxiously crash landed in Taika little did he know about the deep spiritual way of this peaceful place. As his ship crashed – spilling oil and chemicals everywhere – it affected the creatures and the very ground beneath it. Now it’s up to us to make this place harmonious once more. Bringing soothing, calming vibrations we aim to heal Ground Zero – to make it a place of serenity. A place to replenish and to chill.

Goddess Temple (Gallery of Dar)

The Goddess Temple is a safe, sacred space to ground and connect with the spirit of Earth, our Giving Tree, and the divine feminine. With the Tree at its heart, the Temple is a place for travellers from all tribes to rest and rejuvenate, reconnect and realign.

The Temple houses the mysterious Goddesses of Dar – the magical beings encountered by Eden on Planet Taika. The Goddesses are not native to Taika or to Earth, they are other worldly beings that possess a magical capacity to heal and align humanity…

Created to help restore the balance of the masculine and feminine energies on earth, and reconnect humans with their true purpose, the Goddesses of Dar wield mystical powers. Wherever they are viewed from, the Goddesses are always balanced – the black and white within each of their bodies existing in harmony from every angle, 360 degrees around.

The impact of this multidimensional balance naturally stimulates an internal response within any human observer, prompting a subconscious impulse to seek a similar balance within the brain and body. This naturally triggers the psyche to shift towards harmonising the two sides of the brain, helping to balance the masculine and feminine within the individual. Interacting with the Goddesses therefore promotes peace, emotional stability and enhanced creative abilities, which naturally precipitates personal transformation, and translates into external relationships and social communities.

A space to nurture and align body, mind and soul A place to heal the past and dream the future

A gathering to co-create a new beginning…

The Story Tellers

The festival is a stage, and we invite you to join our performers over the weekend as the tell the story of Taika, The Planet of the Giving Tree.

The Giving Tree festival performer team presents a welcoming experience where you can get involved with the theatrics. Observe and serve up your creative contribution too. Trained in a variety of physical arts: circus, clown, butoh, mime, and dance, our performers are united like family through many years of walkabout performance. Fueled with enthusiasm and passion, their vibes will have you naturally tagging along to the immersive show. We invite you all to join in and be part of the Taika tribes, where you’ll have influence on how the story unfolds within the wonderful world of Planet Taika.
